OK....this has made the biggest difference in my weight loss with NO EXERCISE....cutting out sugary drinks and pop and just drinking WATER ..ALL DAY..up to a GALLON....not eating after 7pm...and EATING SMALLER PORTIONS...like for Breakfast..some Greek Yogurt..granola bar and WATER! When u pop these Skinny Fiber Pills before u eat....u get full quicker...thas why I push it...u can lose without them..it just makes it quicker and helps burn off what u ate faster!!
