OK, to Ann Marie Hassell and Jennifer Milani, here are your answers. I did one summary for both of you. 1. First things first—my Lord. 2. Family comes a close second. 3. I enjoy work. I have been working since we had the farm, and the summer between 2d and 3d grade. 4. I admit it. I like Delilah, sappy love songs and all. 5. Nothing more fun than being the instructor in a classroom full of students. 6. Class clowns are the best. They keep things lively (though sometimes it is hard to pretend to be a serious instructor when you are about to bust a gut laughing). 7. I love politics and elections. Nothing more entertaining than the mud slinging campaigns and constant television ads. Bring it on. 8. My political philosophy is a classical liberal. 9. Many close friends are from the military; most friends originated military, work, or church. 10. I really don’t have a desire to be rich. Just comfortable enough to pay off the national debt out of my petty cash… 11. Favorite authors—Sue Grafton, Janet Evanovich, James Patterson, and Vince Flynn 12. Being part of a service organization is more fulfilling than I ever thought. Also, a new source of friends. 13. I’m not superstitious; however, if you don’t have black-eyed peas on New Years Day, all I can say is “God Help You.” 14. I feel for people who don’t see the humor in things 15. Favorite type of movie—humor. Anything more intellectual than Blazing Saddles or Police Academy is too serious for me. 16. I’m thankful for Facebook, as it is done much to bring old friends back into connection with each other. 17. Two truths and a one enhanced fact. You figure out which is the truth and the— a. At one time, I was a protestor and wouldn’t give anyone in military uniform the time of day b. I wore an AFRO for several years, yes a big one c.
