OK! update!! Im hangin in there with the Comcast. Gonna give them the benefit of the doubt. I received a call from a good buddy whos got a vested interest in Comcast. Ill be getting a call tomorrow, to resolve the minor things left undone, and hopefully I wont need more new wiring done on the home. :/ But LAST chance! Its all about customer service. When the bill is nearly a car payment, I need to be happy to pay it!! Im gonna be patient, cause now my iPhone is working, too!! What a great snow day spent on the phone and computer chat help lines. Cant help but love that I did absolutely nothing constructive today......I did get snowed in, afterall :)
