OKAY!! I am connected!!! So, let me back it up for ya... Monday, about 6 pmsh, Tom Lac and moi, leave the Ville, along with Xena IsLove and She-ra (who by now soooo deserves her own FB page or at least join in Xenas) with 2 packed trucks...Okay, I travel light, but this was like 15 years ok!?? so, left few items behind with one of my dear and gorgeous Guardian Angels, Alexis Wilson (perfectly orchestrated by The Universe, she moved in my house)... Moving on. I take pride on my moving skills and packing trucks...well, by now, I know I am not THAT good. My truck(actually, Caina Avilas truck, thanks son!!!) load was very well packed, Toms not so much (just know that I am ROFLMAO as I type), so, by Willston Road, I look behind me and I see my Calvin (ask Carole Gilling about Calvin) FLY down the truck...OMG, take 1!!! Ok, we stop, get IT on my truck and go to gas station to pump gas and fix this thing. By then, I decided that theres NO way we should take I-75 (GPS, phone almost dying, here we go!!!). GORGEOUS path (always loved the roads less traveled), GREAT! Well... within about 30 miles in, I look back and, OMG take 2, I see ALL these cars stopped on the road right behind Tom... Gosh, TURN around, something serious happened!!! Well, the 2 things that I made sure were REALLY WELL TIGHTENED, were not, and FLEW OUT his truck and ALL OVER the ROAD. PAPERS, PICS and ELSE..Thank Goddesses, there wasnt an accident. Turn around, HELP Tom and the gentlemen who are helping, and, me, not being able to stop LOL, even when the FIRE ANTS get me, ALL OVAH!!! And Tom taking pics(BTW, my estory would be better with the damn pics)...Seriously! Now, how about the cat and the dog through all this? AMAZINGLY well behaved and I felt that they KNEW exactly what was going on. She-ra was on her paper carrier and didnt even meowed once(I am so LUCKY!!). Back on The Road and the most beautiful sunset(well, unfortunately, left a little plastic litter on the road, not happy about that)...and, after about 4 1/2 hours, we arrived. ALL in one piece. So, here I am, GRATEFUL to the MAX to ALL of YOU who have made this transition, as easy as possible. With your words of encouragement, gift certificates, moola, trust and so on. It FEELS completely RIGHT to be here! Xena and She-ra got home and melted in, so did I! And thats that. For now! Oh wait, I FORGOT..Ok, so, I go find a The Jones Eastside type of joint right? Gish, I am withdrawing, and, no such luck yet, BUT, got a good meal..and a TICKET!!! For parking, my VERY FIRST DAY here...Uhn, then, the restaurant owner comes out and says :Got a ticket huh? Well, here is a receipt of $25.00. Take it to the corner there, see? And they will cancel ticket... YEAH, right! Loving this place, oh and my neighbors are SUPER NICE..Jee, it is all amazing!!!
