This time James has produced “OLDIES BUT GOLDIES”, which pays tribute to other music legends, including Elvis Presley, The Beatles, Jerry Lee Lewis, Buddy Holly, Marilyn Monroe, Eddie Cochran, Cliff Richard, Roy Orbison, Little Richard, The Hollies, Tom Jones, Creedence Clearwater Revival, Cher, Shakin’ Stevens and many more. There will be a special focus on the King of Rock ‘n Roll, Elvis, in all the eras when his music reigned supreme. This show is a must see for young and old. Whether you are a rock ‘n roll fan or not, you will enjoy it. It is very entertaining with a cast of 4 performers who will keep audiences on the edge. Besides producing and directing this music legend tribute, James also transforms into the King and other icons with 3 great talents in support: Monique Cassells, a very accomplished and powerful vocalist and performer, who has interpreted many different genres of music over the years, including rock ‘n roll, rock, pop, country, blues, ballads and even light classical, is the female lead performer. Claire Schrickker, who is trained in ballet, modern dancing, tap, Spanish, Latin, contemporary, hip hop and funk, is the dancer in the production. She has studied at the U.C.T. Ballet School. Fanie Schoeman, the MC for the show, is an Elvis Tribute Artist and a big rock ‘n roll music fan, and is well known for hosting events with humour and a twist, while wearing an array of impressive costumes.
