OLLIE UPDATE! Ollie made it through his emergency surgery and is still recovering at the ER Hospital. A wonderful tech at Orchard Park Veterinary Medical Center sent us these photos of poor Ollie. We just heard from the Dr. and Ollie is doing well and will be able to come home late tonight!! If he didnt receive this surgery right away, he could have died. They removed several stones from his bladder and some lodged in his urethra which were preventing urination. This must have been going on for a very long time, and poor Ollie has been in pain for a while! Thankfully, its all looking up from here as he heals. This was an unexpected and very expensive surgery for SNORT, but of course we did what was necessary for Ollie to recover and live a full life. He is only about 8 years old, and we couldnt give these dogs the care they deserve without generous supporters like all of you.
