OMG! Dont EVER buy a grill from SEARS! In 18 months, my $500 grill, that I keep under the patio roof and with a premium quality cover has rusted completely through the bottom of the burner box! How do I know what a burner box is? Because I just had to buy a replacment! It was $329 but because I raised so much hell to customer service, I got it for $200 w/ free shipping. And then got a $50 gift card for the install, which I was told was $75. Nope. After 3 weeks, I called Sears to find out when I will receive my part. Surprise! Its backordered... Wonder why... AND, the service call is at least $110, but I have to wait for the estimate on the labor to replace my part, that I paid for! Why didnt I get the extended warranty after a year? Because it was $116 for only one year. Why would I do that? My Vermont Castings grill lasted me 7 years! I figured a Sears product would too!
