OMG-I just realized what time it was...I have been doing homework since 4:30pm---8 hrs and I am still not finished!!!!!! On a brighter note: we had a great day in Culinary Lab. The Freshman joined us and Chef Steve came in and did a demo on Knife Skills. My students did an excellent job assisting him with the boeuf bourguignon. It was yummy!!!!! Great job to everyone. Oh and Sophomores you better look out, it looks like the Freshman class have some skills!!! I will post pictures tomorrow, I think I need to get some sleep right now. Good morning everyone!!
