OMG I love home made fresh pasta. Now that Im out of dough, Ill make a bigger batch so I can have pasta for breakfast every morning. Pasta with herbed butter and a white sauce made with ground beef (OK, its really gravy, but its Italian style gravy) and a salad of mustard greens with a Caesar style dressing. All made possible by duck eggs. I like eggs, but I get so much more bang for my buck when I use them to make things like pasta and mayo.
