OMG, if youre not jealous of my breakfast and lunch today, you should be -- YUMM!! And no, thats not pepper on my fruit😂, they are chia seeds. Because Im only allowed to have fruit for breakfast during Phase III of the Reset, chia seeds provide me with provide protein and also expand in your belly to help you feel full. And lunch, OH WOWZA, those baked sweet potato fries are to die for!!! Im on Day 20 so tomorrow will be my last day!! WHOOOOOOOT!!! Stay tuned for my results!! 👍💪
