OMG, some ppl are such morons, I cant understand how they are employed in any administrative capacity whatsoever. Grrr. trying to get a certificate of proof of liability insurance for our companys softball league. Been at it two days because the person on the other end, at the insurance company, is a complete ignoramus. I started this process yesterday morning by calling them. After being put on hold 3x, I finally get to some bimbo who simply tells me to e-mail her the info., which would have taken me 20 seconds to give her, as I do this every year and already know exactly what she is going to want from me to complete the task. So, now I have to type it all out and send it and 3x it comes back saying that the e-mail is invalid. So, I try to call them back, but for some reason, both times I called, I had trouble connecting. So, I finally give up and fax it over. I was about to follow up today when I receive and e-mail from her this afternoon saying that she needs the dates this event will cover. I had already said in the fax/e-mail that it would be for the months of May thru August. So she writes back and says, ok, May 1 thru ??? I again say THROUGH the entire month of August. Then, she replies that they need dates. Well, DUH, lady! Hows May 1 thru August 31st do for you> Good grief! Either she doesnt know what the words entire or through mean or she doesnt know there are 31 days in August?? Go figure. Idiot! Does she work for Obama for petes sake??
