***ON FIRE URGENT*** This sweet boy found himself in the shelter leading up to the most dangerous time of year for shelter dogs. I phoned the shelter he has no interested parties. Shelter notes below. If you cannot rescue please post and share. Please contact the shelter directly for any other information and updates. Thank you. A597894 Purebred Yellow Lab 9 years old Owner surrender - owner stated he is aggressive with other dogs when around her. (I try really hard not to judge owner reasons for surrendering but my dog is the same way with me, very protective. it is not that uncommon with a male dog and female owner) The shelter states: he is not aggressive around anyone else. He is not aggressive around other dogs at the shelter. He has shown no aggression towards shelter staff. He sniffed a litter of puppies through the gate with no aggression. He was in front of a growling and barking Shepherd and he avoided. The shelter has seen no signs of aggression with people or dogs at all. His teeth were recently cleaned. He is neutered. Shelter - 805-388-4341 Additional input from a rescue friend who met Tucker: I met this boy and he is wonderful. Absolutely no signs of aggression. FCRR is full in Ventura County.
