ONE MINUTE DEVOTION: (Glory in His Grace) Revelation 22: 21 The grace of the Lord Jesus be with Gods people. Amen. The last words of the Bible are this wonderful benediction. How these words soothe our storm-tossed hearts!! We all, at one time or another, suffer from anxiety-either because of a current situation or because we fear the future. In our human weakness and short-sightedness we are not sure how to act. Some people try to handle everything in their own strength, while others throw their hands up in despair. Remember, the only way out of a problem, and the only reason for success, is the compassionate love and grace of our heavenly Father. The saving and sustaining grace of God permeates our lives. Because He loves you, He blesses you with His grace. O LORD, I THANK YOU FOR YOUR GRACE. YOU SAVED ME AND REDEEMED ME FROM DEATH. YOU ARE MY HEARTS DESIRE. AMEN. A couple of statements from my pastor as a part of yesterdays sermon: Gods people dont have a problem with GRACE; they have a problem with SIN. Gods grace is NOT dependent on our obedience.
