One idea in the current political system to give each wildlife voting rights in the elections as people in power will start taking them seriously as they would not want to lose their votebanks. Once the vote on behalf of a animal is received by a political party it should be their responsiblity and they should ensure through the mechanisms and facilities available proper care is taken and they are safe till the next government comes after five years and takes over. For crimes there should be zero tolerance and this bill has to be passed in both houses instantly accountability fixed for each and every wildlife. For voting an example would be each tiger would get 100000 votes, elephants would get 150000 votes lions should each one should get 130000 this is just an example. The number of votes should be proportional to the diminishing numbers and the level in which the particular wildlife is in the forest. Even birds can be given votes. They all should form a big constituency and should be included in animal rights and voting rights to be given to the concerned reserves, parks, zoos, forests or other arears where they are located. This will lead to proper census. All government bodies will take the wildlife seriously. Similarly forests and greenary in reserves depending on water bodies quality and green cover should have votes. Voting rights to be given in the hands of courts, election commissioners, chief vigilance officer and similar agencies who are impartial and accountable. Forest department will have to only assist them and take care of wildlife. Poachers of wildlife killers to be given punishment for life and made to work for worldlife in forests for 16 hours a day. This will send a right message not to mess with wildlife. Everyone will treat wildlife, birds, forests, water bodies and related animals and amphibians and fish seriously. It may sound funny but if you look at it changes can be done and it will be workable experts who know how to give each wildlife the due number of votes required so that killing them does not make sense. one man has one vote whereas wildlife and others have many votes and they become valuable and respected people in power with authorities and feared by criminals.
