Once an order is placed, the customer will receive a confirmation of his order via E-Mail or mobile and this will give rise to a contract of sale. Item sold will be taken out from the site and be replaced with new item depending on the availability. Delivery of the purchased merchandise will only be facilitated upon receipt of your deposit slip via email, photo via SMS or FB page notification. If a product ordered is not available, Ashlyn Wears may withdraw from the contract. In such a case Ashlyn Wears will inform the customer immediately and if applicable reimburse any money paid without delay. 3. Prices The prices quoted on the website is in PHP and subject to change from time to time. Payment is due in full immediately. 4. Terms of payment Payment may be made thru BDO deposit or money transfer/remittance thru LBC, Western Union or Cebuana Lhuillier. We reserve the right to exclude particular methods of payment. Delivery and Transport costs Shipping and handling costs are not included in the prices quoted on the Online Store. a.
