ONTARIO – (INT) – An airport consultant is sounding a note of urgency in getting the Ontario airport under the control of another regional agency. In a report to the Ontario International Airport Authority, Robert Hazel said “substantial outside resources will be required - in the millions of dollars" to turn around the airport’s downward spiral in passenger volume.
