I pulled a batch of smoked pulled pork out of the freezer as the base ingredient for my NEVER award winning chili... Only to discover I grabbed the wrong container. Soooo, my entry will be smoked turkey chili, with garden fresh jalapeño, Anaheim, red bell peppers and garlic... Oh well, the judges cant blame me for cholesterol problems this year! And really...
