OPEN CALL FOR PROPOSALS Voice (it) - Arts and Conflict Resolution IDEA Cyprus (Cyprus Drama/Theatre Education Association) and the NGO TheatrEtc co-organise Voice (it) a week of events that will culminate in a symposium under the theme Arts and Conflict Resolution. The project will take place in Cyprus between 25th of October - 2nd of November 2014. We invite artists from different disciplines, educators, individuals and groups that have a special interest in the topic to contribute to the project through workshops, performances,activities, seminars, exhibitions, screenings or other events. The proposed actions should cover one of the following thematics: 1.War and Peace (peace education, peace building, images of war, peace and decolonization, human rights) 2.Post-trauma (post-traumatic memory, refugees, asylum seekers) 3.Community building/Community development (inter-personal relationships, anti-racism education and policy, social justice) 4.Identity development (well-being, agency, citizenship) To submit your application follow the link bellow.
