I am writing to you in strong condemnation of your malicious approach to judicial system that has undoubtedly brought the ICC into sharp and daunting disrepute. Shame on you. You probably think that ODM supporters are enthusiastic about your misguided arrogance. Far from it. I am strongly pro-ODM and i decry your dismal perfomance. Go back to class and update yourself on the simple rules of justice. As a reminder, the burden of proof is vested on the prosecution. I am the Chief Actuary and I understand that perfectly. How daring are you to continue pursuing a case that in your own words has not met the evidentiary threshold to sustain the prosecutorial case of proving the accused beyond no reasonable doubt? You must then be irreparably stupid to continue with it. The bare fact is that you want president Uhuru, not the accused Uhuru. Your illicit intention is to show the world that for the first time, a sitting president has appeared before the western dark force controlled court. I dubmit that you have committed extremely unforgivable judicial attrocities on the victims and grossly damaging criminal tag on the innocent accused. No fool in the full memory of history has done such scandalous investigation. Shindwe sana. I encourage to resign and apologize unreservedly. You have already lost the moral obligation and honour to do so. The jurisprudential maturity of ICC is so great that having you as its prosecutor is sheer stupidity and a mockery of justice.
