OPEN LETTER TO THE AIRLINE INDUSTRY It is high time to review your security procedures at international airports! Admit it! All of your intelligence indicates that terrorists are highly unlikely to attempt an attack via an article of clothing! Theyve figured that out all on their own! They will probably not attempt to hotwire or detonate an explsive via their laptop. ..especially in the Caribbean. Why? Internet connectivity is so damn unpredictable in this region that they dont dare chance it! Finally, you got to use good old fashioned common sense sometimes man! You just made me practically undress at Tocumen airport in Panama! ! Ah had was to tek off me shoe, me belt, me sunglasses...and den yuh mek me tek off me cardigan! God ting I did had de presence a mind to put on a decent long-line brassiere today! Come on man!! De tiles cold as hell, nuff to go me a lining cold! I am not padded I am just packing a few extra pounds! There is nothing untoward between my legs...and lets just leave that there! Know your customers man! I aint messing up my weave, mashing up my brand new clothes I buy in Albrook Mall yesterday or nastying up my gel tips fuh nuh cause!! But you keep it up...dis humiliating inconvenience at dese airports and one day coming soon I gine show you a weapon a mass destruction- a Bajan telling off. When I start to describe family members and body parts yuh gine feel like all round yuh exploding!
