Despite strong winds, the deciding factor in preventing and managing most wildfires is profoundly human - and it involves teamwork. Today, we ask you to be especially careful with flame, heat and spark producing equipment, including power tools and motor vehicles. Should you see smoke or flame nearby without clear evidence of the Fire Department in attendance, please call 9-1-1 promptly!
