BERTIN KISOB. - Considering the artificial high level of security and high cost of living imposed on Cameroonian by BOKO HARAM, the exploitative system of neo-colonial powers and the inappropriate political, social and economic decisions made by the incompetent BIYA REGIME. - Considering the fact that Mr. Biya is surrounded by individuals who are so afraid of him to tell him the truth about the real socio-economic situation of our country and the fact that he is not even willing to hear it. - Considering the fact that he spends more than 7 out of 12 months every year out the country and is therefore out of touch with our realities. - Considering the fact that he never communicate with our people using the local media. - Considering the fact that all sensitive correspondences address to him are always blocked by the Secretary General of the presidency. - Considering the fact that since our political independence in 1960, the country is ruled by TRAITORS who joined and helped the Western and French exploitative Power System to kill or neutralize all our nationalists and patriots and latter unjustly steal our numerous natural resources after ideologically enslaving us. The Cameroon Party for Social Justice - CPSJ and the National Committee for the Fight against the Artificial High Cost of Living in Cameroon – NACFIGHTTA of Rev. Bertin Kisob, are going to organize some general, unlimited, nationwide, nonviolent and silent strikes and public manifestations in Cameroon every 1st of the month from 5: 30 AM to 6: 30 PM as from the 01st October 2014 until the final departure of BOKO HARAM, the exploitative system of neo-colonial powers and the inappropriate political, social and economic decision made by the incompetent BIYA REGIME. Those strikes and public manifestations will consist of GHOST TOWNS all over the country from 6 AM to 6 PM and a pacific citizen march of about 1 km in the center of all Sub-divisional headquarters and local communities of the country every 1st of the month as from the 1st of October 2014. Public peaceful Sittings will also take place every 1st of the month in front of all the EMBASSIES and CONSULATES of Cameroon all over the world. SOME LOCAL IMPLEMENTATION AND SUPPORT COMMITTEES of NACFIGHTTA, made up of at least 01 person shall be constituted and put in charge of the coordination of our activities at the level of every town, village, quarter and family all over the country and the world. In case the repressive forces of the regime want to antidemocratically stop a manifestation, a PEACEFUL 03 HOURS SITTING will immediately take place at the original starting point of the March. - CONTACT US TO OBTAIN DETAILS ABOUT THESE PUBLIC MANIFESTATIONS IN OTHER TOWNS AND COMMUNITIES OF THE COUNTRY. - Note that during these manifestations every participant will hold A PEACE TREE OR ANY OTHER SPECIE OF TREE, AND WILL ALSO DISTRIBUTE COPIES OF THIS TRACK. - During those manifestations, THE PARTICIPANTS WOULD BE ESCORTED BY 05 VEHICLES AND 10 BIKES. Only those riding on them would be aloud to make noise` using our official slogan, the rest would march in silence and only distribute our tracks to the public. As Your Contribution: - Make At Least 20 Copies Of This Tract Every Week And Distribute. - Read A Copy Of The 20 Points Our Kisobist Non-Negotiable Memorandum For A Positive Change In Cameroon. - Sacrifice 01 Day A Month To Peacefully Fight For The Future Of Your Children By Willfully Stopping All Your Activities Every 01st Of The Month, As From The 01st Of October 2014, To Join Us To Protest Against The Incompetent Biya-Regime, And God Will Help Us To Do The Rest. - In Case Rev. Bertin Kisob, National Coordinator Of NACFIGHTTA And President Of The CPSJ Party, Is Unjustly Neutralized Or Arrested By The Regime, All The Local Committees Will Immediately Become Autonomous With The Capacity To Create And Coordinate Other Local Committees To Continue With The Fight. - Register Officially As A Member And Create A Local Committee Of NACFIGHTTA And Coordinate Our Activities At The Level Of Your Community. And/or Indirectly Sent Us Your Voluntary Supports. THESE ARE THE 20 POINTS OF OUR KISOBIST NON-NEGOTIABLE MEMORANDUM FOR CHANGE IN CAMEROON. 1) Mr. Biya should stop spending more that half of the year out of the country and to use tax payer’s money for his family’s private visits out of the country. 2) Adopt more social oriented policies for our country and a minimum salary policy of 150 000 cfa per month and a 50 per cent augmentation of the salaries of government workers, that would be proportionate to the coast of living in the country today. 3) Appoint also members of the true opposition in government because there are the only groups capable of telling him the truth about the real socio-economic situation of the country. 4) Start to communicate with our people using the local media and stop using the victories or defeats of the Indomitable Lions for his political interest. 5) Create a special bank accounts for all the funds taken back through Operation Epervier and latter attach specific social projects to those funds. He should also release all those who have paid back our money because our problem is the money not people in prison. 6) Adopt a 10 states federal constitution with governors and government delegate of city councils elected with the proportionate distribution of the national budget to those states. That will solve the Anglophone problem in Cameroon and bring development to our country. If not, a referendum for the former southern Cameroonians will be the only option left. 7) Create state sponsor NGOs to solve the problem of youth unemployment. 8) Clarify the political parties file in MINADT by organizing them in three categories according to their degree of national representation and also give public subventions to political parties not represented at the national assembly, because they are also contributing to nation building. Promote the further democratization of the country by adopting the single ballot box policy during elections. 9) Ask the Secretary General at the Presidency to stop hiding sensitive letters address to him by ordinary Cameroonians. 10) He should chase away the French company illegally and unjustly running the Douala sea port and others. 11) Stop inertia by asking his ministers to be proactive and to put away his image cult. 12) He should also stop the payment of ransoms to Boko Haram because it is fueling insecurity in Nigeria and in the sub-region. Build a multispectral defense mechanism with a special telephone number available to every body living in our country. Infiltrate that organization for strategic intelligence. 13) He should adopt a 50 000 fcfa unemployment allocation benefit, a universal social security system and a free educational system from primary school to university using the 350 000 fcfa per month and per each Cameroonian made from the profit of all state control business’s. 14) He should adopt the Maatist Worldwide vision of domination and our strategy of fighting against embezzlement, social and judiciary corruption. 15) Renew his commitment to promote second generation agriculture, protect the environment, human rights, the fight against corruption, moral decadence and the embezzlement of public funds. 16) Change the name of the country from Cameroon – crayfish, to KEMATI – the land of the Blacks. Adopt Swahili as our official language and the Maatist system of education. Leave the useless central Africa community for ECOWAS, Replace the slave franc CFA with an African currency – the Maat. Denounce all the neocolonial treaties made with France and others, 50 years after independence, it’s time for us to be ideologically independent through New Maatism or KISOBISM. 17) Bring back HOME without further delay the remains of Ahidjo. 18) Open URGENTLY a new refinery capable of processing our local crud oil in order to be able to drastically reduce prizes for the interest of our people and use the tar thereof to easily construct our route network. 19) He should change the policy of land certificate with that of Land Allocation or Concession with time limits and regular supervisions by local administrative, judiciary and traditional authorities. That will be in accordance with our traditions. 20) He should create a space agency to explore and latter colonize strategic planets in and out of our solar system in order to transfer there human beings of Maatist essence – an important level in the way to spiritual perfection, when the energy of the sun will run dry making human existence impossible on planet earth.
