OPPORTUNITY: Hi Ladies, Miss Congeniality Girls is in need of 3 women that can do an after-school program, working with inner city youth, around social and emotional learning. The program will infuse yoga and mindfulness awareness learning as well as art and other hands-on activities. Knowing yoga is an asset but not a requirement, we can teach you basic steps but must embrace health and fitness to effectively incorporate it and be an influence on the girls. The grade range is 2nd-8th and the pay is between $25.00 to $30.00 an hour. The program will meet for 10-12 weeks, twice a week for an hour. Days and a definite time have not yet been determined, although it may be about 4-5:15 p.m. The program is set to start on October 20th. Must be able to clear a background check.
