My card is in production stage but hasnt been mailed yet. Since its been more than 90 days I emailed the international office at my university and they found out through there contacts at USCIS that my application shows Reprocessing of biographic/biometric information in their internal system. However, I cannot see this information on the website. 1. I was also looking for people who had a similar encounter but couldnt find any. Should I be worried? 2. What can I do to make sure to get my OPT? 3. Also, I read about some service request, but I am not sure of what it is. It would be really helpful if someone can guide me through the next steps that I should take.
