ORDER BOOK REOPENING AT 8PM! (GMT) Heres a little run down of the information you might want to know: I only give out quotes via email and can be contacted at bycharlieshand@gmail I dont have FB messages enabled for the page sorry I like to keep everything in one place and if Facebook is down I have no way of accessing orders or contacting anyone. I would advise on getting a quote before 8PM, the fastest all my order slots have gone is 4 minutes so you can see why you might need one beforehand, it means you can just email and say Yes please Id like a commission/family tree instead of trying to get a quote and then confirm the slot. There are 10 slot available and these are given on a first come, first serve basis. The first 10 emails I get are the people who get the slots I cannot and will not reserve slots whilst you make a decision sorry as it is unfair and I worked out this system to give everyone the same chance. I dont take any deposits or monies until the month the piece is being made and my basic payment policy is that I will provide a full drawing of the design before payment is required however due to the custom nature of the work I will need payment before I begin cutting. So dont think you cant afford it because you dont have the money right now youll have a lovely 3 months to save up! I usually split the slots between bespoke commissions and family trees, as we are heading towards the C word and family trees are my most popular item running up to them for gifts I will be offering 8 family tree slots and 2 bespoke commission slots I accept orders via email only so please dont try and get one by commenting on my reopening status when it is posted (Ill say something like OPEN or Go!) and dont try and email early only emails after I have posted the opening status will be accepted anything before will go straight in the trash, again this is just to be fair or everyone would email at 7.59 and anyone who plays by the rules, waits for the status and emails at 8.00 would miss out. So once I post the status please send your email away and say something like family tree please or bespoke commission please as this gives you a better chance of getting a slot as I dont have to then ask what you want and you might miss out if you dont confirm in time.
