UY President SUBJECT : NORTHERN MINDANAO IS ON RED ALERT STATUS DATE : JULY 29, 2013 As an aftermath of last Friday’s (July 26) bombing incident at Kyla’s Bistro, we would like to inform you all that our region is placed under red alert status. The Regional Police Chief Superintendent, General Catalino Rodriguez has ordered all police commands in Northern Mindanao’s five provinces to be on red alert following the incident. Hence, we would like to encourage everyone not to frequent in crowded areas while the perpetrators are still at large. Also, we would like to encourage those who witnessed the Friday bomb explosion to cooperate with our local police and help speed up the investigation process to bring the criminals to justice. As of today, eight (8) have already died, to wit: 1. Kag. Roldan Lagbas, Board Member of Misamis Oriental 2. Dr. Erwin Malanay 3. Antonio Paredes, 44, Barangay Macasandig, CDO 4. Emmanuel Palafox, District Manager of Sandoz Philippines Corp. from Zamboanga City 5. Anthony Cañete, 35, MedRep of Sandoz Phils. Corp., Iligan City 6. Ryan Estose, MedRep of Sandoz Phils. Corp., Mega Heights Dubdivision, Barangay Gusa, CDO 7. Rey Daupan of Unilab 8. Dr. Marciano Agustin of the Phil. Medical Association Let us all pray for the quick recovery of those who are still in the hospital while we pray for the souls of those who died and their respective families to overcome the misfortune.
