Uganda People’s Congress (UPC) president Dr. Olara Otunnu is seeking address with the President. Otunnu told a news conference in Kampala on Wednesday that he wants to meet President Yoweri Museveni to discuss electoral reforms. He said his party has documented issues which the opposition wants implemented ahead of 2016 general elections.
