OUCH!! Got stung by a yellow jacket this morning. I was dumping out the 60 gallon water trough to scrub and bleach it. I grabbed it by the rim to tip it over and stuck my left hand right into a hive. Luckily my right hand held the nozzle to the hose and I let them have it full force. They were flying all over but I nailed every last one, blew the hive off the trough and stomped it into the mud. Tonight all the hornets and yellow jackets around my barn are going to get it! I love my bees but am so done with those mean girls.
