OUR FAMOUS BOY..RAINY!!! We all know him, right? So many people have been following this big, sweet lug for sooo long. And for good reason.. If you dont know Rainys story I will give you a quick rundown.. We saved him from a kill shelter as a younger boy. He was torn apart and a bloody mess. Missing ear, ripped other ear, holes in his head.. it was so horrific and a total heartbreak. Rainy was used as a bait dog that was tied up and defenseless. Bad owners would let their fighting dogs practice their fighting on him. He was so young and innocent : (. As a result of this trauma, he became leash reactive. He (for good reason) gets nervous and protective when other dogs come near him on leash. He becomes Mr. Barky. HOWEVER....Rainy is the SWEETEST, most loving lap dog EVER! He loves humans with every inch of his being. He cant go in a home with other pets but when you have Rainy as your best friend, you dont need anyone else in the world. Rainy FINALLY got an awesome foster after waiting for so long. YAY! And he is doing awesome! Now he is ALMOST home... he is ready to find his furever family. He will be at the Petco Holcomb Bridge Rd in Roswell adoption event Sat 11a-3p. I am begging you to meet this baby. You have to pull him aside away from all the other dogs and get to know him. Once he is focused on you.. you will see what we all see... the coolest boy in the whole world. Give this boy a chance to finally be home.
