OUR JUDGEMENT ON THE POST BY OWHEDE BENEDICT AGAINST BAR DUNCAN AFAHOKOR Sequel to the below post by Owhede Benedict and the subsequent panel set up to adjudicate on the subject matter, this is our verdict. >Benedict Our great facebook professor Bar Duncan, did you just practice law because of facebook! Have you win any court case before? No because of the way you run riot in facebook, people dont bother to take you in court case. Did you even pass your law school with good grade? Or you came out with f9 The above statement by Owhede Benedict is malicious and demeaning. It contravene the very existence and purpose we all represent. Freedom of speech is actually not free when the purpose negate the modus operandi that bind us together as a society and people. Benedicts statement was not only spiteful to the person of Bar Duncan but also appalling, created unhealthy tension and rivalry on the page, thereby making the forum look ungovernable, when there was no need to or recourse b4 the unwarranted outburst. Conclusively,the following is applied. * Benedict is hereby mandated to tender an unreserved apology before 12noon 17th Jan. 2015 to Bar Duncan, the Admin and entire forumites. Subjecting the high earned integrity, dignity, prestige and reputation of anyone, including BAR DUNCAN DANJUMA AFAHOKOR to ridicule is an affront taken too far. * After the apology, hell proceed on 45 days suspension to serve as deterrent to those warming up for this kind of adventure * Benedict will also promise NEVER to engage anyone on this page no matter the situation Failure to comply to the above verdict within the stipulated time, Benedict should be deleted from this forum, as the major goal of this forum is meant to use advocacy to attract development to Igbide community , and not attack people for whatever interest anyone represent, it is a bad example which must be condemned by all social media fora, and those find guilty subsequently, should receive the maximum penalty of deletion.
