OXNARD POLICE ARREST 3 IN PAROLE AND PROBATION VIOLATIONS Three Oxnard men were arrested Tuesday in connection with parole violations, police said. Police said the arrests came after they searched Jaime Duenes, 28, in the 3000 block of South L Street. Duenes was arrested in connection with violating his parole, officials said. Police also arrested Jesus Melendez, 29, on suspicion of being contacted by other gang members, something they said violated the terms of Melendez’s parole. Police identified the third person arrested as Justin Villa, 27, who had an outstanding felony arrest warrant for violation of parole.
