OYHA Passes Bond Law The Oyo state house of assembly, on Tuesday, passed into law, the Oyo State Bond, Notes and other Securities Issuance Bill, 2013. The bill was passed after the consideration of a report of the House Committee on Public Accounts, Finance and Appropriation, presented by the Committee chairman, Olusegun Olaleye. The house, at its plenary, presided over by the Speaker, Monsurat Sunmonu said that the committe did a thorough job.
