Obama Plans to ‘Fight ISIS’ by Arming ISIS So-called moderate Syrian rebels are openly aligned with Islamic State militants. These are the same cats that Obama and the NeoCon establishment wants to fund, arm and train to finish the job on Syria. As some may remember, the attack on Syria by NATO and the US was scrubbed due to backlash from the general public, (who are war weary and tired of lies), AND US soldiers who admittedly, though reluctantly, were forced to help train terrorist mercenaries in Jordan last year.
