Obama goes it alone with a highly illegal UN climate change treaty that forgoes the requirement of the U.S. Senate ratification. He is obviously gone completely insane. Just read this excerpt from the NYT article explaining his plans to subvert the Constitution. Countries would be legally required to enact domestic climate change policies — but would voluntarily pledge to specific levels of emissions cuts and to channel money to poor countries to help them adapt to climate change.
