Obama has acted to shield the at risk Illegal Immigrants---this would allow us to solve the immigration problem if we were serious. 1, Fine all business, large and small, that use illegals by a dollar amount per Illegal--you pick the fine $1500, $2500, or more. 2, Collect and keep the fines locally--no new government money needs to be spent or agents hired. 3, Slash the number of Border Guards back to normal----if cant find work they wont come. Slash all programs that deal with Illegals as their numbers decrease. 4, Use the savings to pay dow the debt, fund student loans, or whatever you want. 5, Address the Anchor Baby problem by requiring a Stay of a determined time before Citizenship is granted. 6, Grant Visas as needed for Agricultural workers--just like we have for decades.
