Obama has let the American people down so many times, even these little petty things get everyone worked up. Its like an annoying spouse, where the way they breathe irritates you at the end of the relationship, but at the beginning, nobody would have been angry. The truth is, this was disrespectful. He was receiving a military salute, one which I think he doesnt deserve as he never served. They are saluting him as their Commander and Chief, he is acknowledging their respect with indifference. However, people should be focusing on him bombing Syria, NSA spying, and the wholesale destruction that he is putting our infrastructure through. He cant get out of office fast enough, and all of his disgrace will make Biden untenable as his replacement so the Dems better come up with someone.
