Obama is in Africa hot telling Africans to think and act more like Americans. He wants us to embrace and legislate laws legalizing gay marriages. He is also finding time to sing the democracy hymn. Now compare US foreign policy to that of the Chinese. They are totally opposite. China never gets involved in a country’s internal politics. They never tell anyone what laws they should or should not pass. Instead they build infrastructure. They secure long-term contracts for their companies. They trade. They discuss resources. They leave everything else to the sovereign nations to figure out on their lonesome. I would think that US citizens would much rather have their president (when on a tour that is costing taxpayers millions of dollars), to be trying to have talks that add to their bottom line instead of furthering liberal agenda.
