Obama signed yet another executive order right before he headed off for vacation number.....oh who the hell is even counting anymore. In this executive order, Obama has declared economic war with China; a country who owns trillions in U.S. debt, and 100′s of millions in mortgage backed securities. All without the authority or even consultation of the U.S. Congress. Wonder if that had anything to do with the 777 Malaysia aircraft going down with American and Chinese on board. 20 of them worked for Freescale Semiconductor, a Texas company. Semiconductive chipmaking! As of yesterday, the United States has sent FBI agents to Malaysia to investigate the situation as there were two Americans on board, and 18 others who worked for this Seiconductor manufacturer. Here is an excerpt from the WhiteHouse.gov website where it clearly states: including persons who have asserted governmental authority in the Crimean region without the authorization of the Government of Ukraine, which includes China: By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, including the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (50 U.S.C. 1701 et seq.) (IEEPA), the National Emergencies Act (50 U.S.C. 1601 et seq.) (NEA), section 212(f) of the Immigration and Nationality Act of 1952 (8 U.S.C. 1182(f)), and section 301 of title 3, United States Code, I, BARACK OBAMA, President of the United States of America, find that the actions and policies of persons — including persons who have asserted governmental authority in the Crimean region without the authorization of the Government of Ukraine — that undermine democratic processes and institutions in Ukraine; threaten its peace, security, stability, sovereignty, and territorial integrity; and contribute to the misappropriation of its assets, constitute an unusual and extraordinary threat to the national security and foreign policy of the United States, and I hereby declare a national emergency to deal with that threat.
