Objectives The objectives of the Rocka Rolla 2014 are as follows: 1. Unite Davaoenos from all walks of life, across different sectors of the society through a common cultural and musical experience. 2. Help in the promotion of Davao City’s arts and culture especially the local music/rock scene 3. Recognize the talents of local rock artists and provide them with a venue to perform and prove that their entertainment value is at part or even greater than artists in the national rock scene. 4. Unite local rock bands and jumpstart activities that will sustain and further develop the local rock music scene. 5. Promote Barangay Mandug as an alternative site for tourism, sports and recreational activities.
