Observation and my opinion. Think about this. We have the school board members conduct their own election. Hire their own election judges, hire their own workers, they have access to the ballot boxes, select their own polling places, access to information inside the polling places, walk inside the polling places to instruct employees, have the entire district employees at their disposal and nobody to monitor their activities. The elections administrator hands the election to the school board members and walks away without looking back. Then add 100 politiqueras into the mix and what do you get? This is why dead people come alive to vote. In my opinion, this is very wrong.
