“Obstacles” and “Haters” by Paul Nobles Thinking you - TopicsExpress

“Obstacles” and “Haters” by Paul Nobles Thinking you have “haters” is a limiting idea. Do you think that just because you’ve earned something that you deserve to keep it? That isn’t the way the world works. “Obstacles” arise on a day to day basis – allowing yourself to dwell on limiting thoughts not only decreases your potential future output, but this kind of behavior diminishes what you already have as well. Want to lose fat? Do the work. Want to deadlift 600 lbs.? Hit the gym…But don’t tell me about what stopped you from getting there on any given day, because those are you just speed bumps. It’s up to you to determine whether or not you are willing to do whatever it takes to stay the course ’til the end. Expect people to want what you have and pay the price to keep it. How do you react when you encounter hardships? Do you crumble under the pressure, or do you rise to the occasion and come out better in the end? One of the greatest struggles we see people encounter, believe it or not, is learning to accept themselves as they are so that they can do what needs to be done. The truth is that until you stop hating yourself, you’ll keep doing things to hurt yourself. The key to progress is not to facilitate destruction of the negative elements, but to promote growth of the positive facets of who you are. Eating more food when you’ve been told your entire life that it’s going to make you fat can be tremendously difficult, and that’s why we support our work. If you want to make a change, but you’re afraid to do it alone, let us help you. __________________________ This is part of the information we teach in the live webinars that we offer when you purchase Metabolic Flexibility for Fat Loss.
