Oct 2 A citizen Speaker gets up and says that he believes the city is ripping people off on water. Its obvious this is a dig against my claim that our city should avoid the kind of conspiracies that seek to expand their spheres of influence but in ways that threaten openness and honesty. The old man says he wanted to do his own investigation and hes been in touch with the city manager but has gotten no response. The mayor/city staff are laughing. He says city manager not working with him and the ripping off by the city is a common problem and he wants the city to fix it. Davis says shes been working with the citizen and she asks the citizen some questions and the citizen objects senselessly; almost as if to give the impression that all citizens who have objected out in the city have objected as senselessly as the old man was. The mayor interjects. Whats interesting about this man is that if he really felt the city was conspiring against him, that he wasnt getting a fair response from Davis or the city management, he couldnt possibly expect to get a fair response from the mayor or the council. He wouldnt be at council. The mans a plant. The old mans story is an attempt by the city to discredit any former credible claims of the city conspiring against its citizens by showing how ludicrous this speaker was. Obviously, this is clinched when Mayor asks the citizen how many propertys he owns. The mayor was cued and coached to ask such a question--just like he had been cued and coached to ask a question of his city attorney Perkins regarding constitutional law violations on April 3. The citizen says he manages just one. so you dont own any problems...i mean properties in Dallas. This Q and A was clearly one preappranged to discredit the old man and show the city wasnt engaged in any conspiracies against its people in the same way the Q and A questions on April 3rd about the city violating rights had been prepared to discredit me and make it seem like the city wasnt violating any rights. the discrediting of conspiracies or allegations of them taking place in this administration was clinched when the man leaves and city staff are called up to say they have been working with the old man, despite what he said. This political game was clearly designed to make the old man, and by extension, all other speakers who make claims of conspiracies look incredible. The councilpersons know our nation was founded on conspiracies and our founders were very adamant about POPULAR vigilance against conspiracies by those in power. They know they have engaged in it but they want to give the exacted impression to the contrary for their constituents who they want to please and who they believe could not handle the truth about them engaging in a conspiracy against one of their own. Just as attorney preyed on my lack of insider knowledge, the mayor like the council is preying on the citizens skepticism of governmental conspiracies and the publics tendency to have faith in government to discredit people like me. for this reason, every citizen who wants to know How City Hall is based on lies needs to read Conspiracy Theory in America.
