Oct. 8th around 5:30am we will get to see a total eclipse of a blood moon. There is also a chance of meteor showers that night. The next total eclipse is Sept. 2015, so you might want to get the kids up a bit early, break out the coffee and cocoa and set up some chairs in your yard. Hoping for clear skies but we will have to wait and see. They are calling for rain on Wednesday but I am hoping that moves in later in the day.
