October 15th 2014. Dear Dr, Professor Denise, I wish for you - TopicsExpress

October 15th 2014. Dear Dr, Professor Denise, I wish for you to note your last correspondence to me... in case you are unclear, it is dated Sept 16th 2014, exactly one month ago. In your correspondence you untruthfully indicated to the Financial officer of the guild that within one day you would have wrapped up getting the guilds money to it. I need to let you know that your words rang hollow and trust has been broken. Maybe in Tuskegee a persons word is of no consequence, and so i am prepared to forgive you for your flippant use of promises. I must inform you however that your holding back the rest of the guilds money is bordering on illegality and at best wanton disrespect for the guild. No doubt, from your past utterances and hubris toward the guild executive, this means nothing to your very pious heart and mind. I am informing you as the Treasurer of the Guild of Students that with immediate effect you are to transfer the balance of the guilds money to its account via cheque, wire transfer or brown paper bag, whichever is most convenient to your reluctant heart. You have no doubt benefitted from your actions but Sadly it must come to an end. Please do not delay any further in releasing the balance from your clutches. Ansar Abdal Karim Treasurer, Guild of Students. Wed 15thOctober 2014. In order to complete the transfer process tomorrow, I am asking that the Manager, Fiscal Affairs confirms the balance amount available in the Guilds account as at close of business, yesterday Monday September 15th. In the absence of a Guild general budget for 2013-14 on file with the MFA as per the Guilds Finance operating policy, I am further asking that both the Deputy Director,Student Affairs and the Manager Fiscal Affairs make themselves or their assigned representatives available to meet with you at your very earliest convenience tomorrow to assist in producing a draft general budget. I strongly suggest that he budget is based on a conservative estimate of the Guilds income from student fees (from Fiscal Affairs) and the Guilds expected expenditures in support of its activities, operations and obligations for the year, noting that neither the Guild nor the College has any provision for deficit spending. Regards, Denise-Margaret Thompson Director
