October 27,2014 forecast. ========================= Metro Manila , Cagayan Valley, Central Luzon, Bicol Region, Calabarzon, Zamboanga Peninsula, SOCCSKSARGEN, ARMM and the Provinces of Mindoro will experience cloudy skies with light to moderate rainshowers and thunderstorms. The rest of the country will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms mostly over the eastern sections. Moderate to occasionally strong winds blowing from the east will prevail over the northern and eastern section of Luzon and the coastal waters along these areas will be moderate to occasionally rough. Elsewhere, winds will be light to moderate coming from the east to northeast with slight to moderate seas.
