Sure...let them be; but while youre letting them be them, (especially the ones you hold dearest to your heart)...you give them a sense that they are just fine the way that they are, even if they could stand to bring some improvement to their life. In fact, we all have room for improvement in some area of our lives. We have friends, partners, family, spouses who we see so much potential in, yet we refuse to let them know, in fear of how they will feel about our gestures...face it...some folk do not want to know that they can do better, or be better, because people think that where they are is all they will ever be anyway, because they never thought that it could even get any better. They dont have to feel that way though...when we deal with people...we should hold them in high regards...we should encourage...uplift...show them positive reinforcements that will shed light on how they can become an even better them. What about the friends who show ill behaviors!? We condone by not speaking up or we stick around knowing that the energy they bring towards themselves and others can be damaging in aspects of their lives...what about our mates?! Our mates need someone who can challenge them to hold that high position...the positions that help build the foundation for success in the familys inside and outside endeavors...we can sit back and let folk be, because people should be themselves...but they should be the GREAT themselves who they were truly meant to be...so with that said.... ASSIGNMENT Uplift and encourage the ones you love...in fact...encourage all...praise and compliment people on their skills...encourage them to boost their skills...Realize today that you and others can be far more greater than what you have imagined. We were created to create, so help them to create a better them and in that you will have created a better you. Uplift your man...uplift your woman...uplift your friends and uplift your families...we all have great potential to be better and sometimes it takes a loving person who shows us not our flaws, but our potential...those are the folk who love and care...so today...be that person who loves and cares.
