Hope Doris Akol serves one term for URA to ultimately ride on its own identity.... IGGs Office has so far managed to overcome an individual name hashtag... Congs. KCCA had an opportunity to prove itself without the Jennifer Musisi hashtag, were it not for her re-appointment. KCCA remains synonymous with Musisi... The Republic of Uganda (+256 - Ug.). May be with time it will eventually break loose of a hashtag... (Idd Amin or otherwise) and take on its own identity... African Institutions can also be stronger than individuals for sustainibility. Tunisia, Egypt, Lybia, Mali, Burkina Faso etc... versus Zambia, South Africa, Ethiopia ....
