Of all the blessings I praise God for giving me, I have to say that surrounding me with God centered women has to be at the top of the list. From breakfasts to a family that never leaves me wondern if Im loved; to cinnamon buns and coffee; to traveling together to visit a friend thats saying goodbye to her sweetheart of a guy; to shopping for a few senior citizens that have a round world because of my friends commitment to doing for others; to emails and messages, just checkn on me or inviting me to be included in their high and low life events. Im so grateful for answered prayers and for unanswered prayers alike because I honestly admit I dont always know what is best for me, but God does, no doubt. Today especially, I thank you Lord, for my wonderful neighbor, that fills my life with humor and hope daily! This morning she asked if she can park in my driveway while she snow blows hers, cause her garage is occupied at the moment and of course I say yes (we do stuff like this for each other often). Anyway, Oakley is barking like there is an ax murder at the door and I look out to see her snow blowing my walkway and as I run out after her to tell her she doesnt have to do it, I find that shes done my entire driveway too. After she recovers from being scared out of her wits (really tried not to, might have been the hair or the pjs), she proceeds to tell me that Yes she did actually have to do it. She was honestly just sharing her gratitude to God with me that she was able to complete her driveway, so in keeping up with her side of the bargain (as I see it), she did my driveway too (little did she know that God was just answering my prayer help me figure out how Im going to fit that in today). All this in classic Madia Seifert style, looking out through frozeny eyelashes, while simultaneously making me laugh like usual with her wrapped up, real life humor that will always be a part of what I love best about her. Thanks for being an answered prayer now for nearly 10 years my dear! love you, love you, love you!
