Of course, because duh -- programming languages are LANGUAGES, after all, otherwise why would they be called languages? But the problem is, this idea doesnt go far enough. EVerybody knows Calculus is like a foreign language. Its all Greek to me! So, of course, those should be foreign language skills too. Also, have you ever tried to learn Final Cut Pro? That sucker is COMPLICATED! Clearly, learning to edit video using pro-level nonlinear editors should be counted as a foreign language. Come to think of it, the entire Adobe Creative Suite is kind of like a language group, like Romance or Meso-European or whatever, so maybe learning Photoshop, Illustrator and Dreamweaver could count as THREE! Oh boy! Imagine the possibilities! I mean, who needs to be able to speak French or Japanese anyway? Dos wordos, mofos: Google Translate. Badaboom!
