Off into the beautiful but freeze-y day. I need rest now please. I need to practice. My voice is tired. My brain is tired. Training the lunk to live in my environment while Im gone. (Dont over-water the violets! The bathroom faucet is tricky. etc and also, hes going to make a CD of the accompaniments to my repertoire so I can practice in Maui, out in the guest house where Ill be working/staying). I love my life and I am excited about all the new and wonderful things on my horizon. On an unrelated note, I read a review this morning that reassured me that some critics go beyond the small-town since everyone knows everyone, we only praise everything. It is good to see we are evolving past the de rigueur mutual admiration society of mayberry and into an element of true and sincere discernment. Praise where deserved. Maintain credibility. Arise fair sun and kill the envious moon....(yes, Im quoting Will) Gotta go do the voo-doo.
